My husband & I got a wonderful anniversary gift 7/3/06 -- our first great-niece (first great-grandchild for my parents).
Lauren Elizabeth Owen is the grandchild of my younger sister, who was born on my 6th birthday, so we were overjoyed with another birthday that can be celebrated with another family event.
My niece e-mailed me some photos, and I wanted to share this one of the "baby sitter," Buster. (I hope it shows up here!)
Lauren's dad is a fire department captain in the Dallas Texas area, and they also got photos of Lauren sleeping in his fire helmet. Unfortunately, I don't have one of those to show. The family lives in Allen, Texas, north of Dallas.
