Hi Everybody,
Sorry I haven't been on in a while. I've been lurking while I was at work but I've had computer issues at home. I finally resolved them this weekend. Seems I had some virus that just wasn't letting me go anywhere. I either couldn't get on, or I kept getting booted off as soon as I tried to get on the internet. Downloaded Ad-Aware, cleaned up the screaming meannies and quarenteened the little suckers! Was finally able to run a complete defrag and now it's working fine!
Today is my 4th Anniversary. I saw my cardio today and he said I looked and sounded fantastic and keep up the good work. My INR was 3.5, which made me very happy. I go for my stress echo on Good Friday. I had the last one two years ago. I also saw my family doctor today to get my scripts refilled and he couldn't believe how good I looked and sounded. Knock on wood I haven't even caught any of the viruses or sinus infections that have been going around (my computer caught them instead)
I've gotten little sniffles, but thats about it.
I can't believe it's been 4 years! Life is great! I'm also so glad I found this wonderful, caring, informative website, VR.com. Thank you Hank, Michele, and Ross for running the show. What we have all done without you?
I hope my valves and health last as long as some of our veteran valvers!
