I noticed the other day the muscels on top of my hands hurt also whenever i flex my feet the muscels on the top of them hurt along when i flex them the lower part of my legs the muscels hurt there when i flex has anyone had any problems when there INR goes to high with mucels aches i dont have gout or arthritis it hurts to the touch from my experenice before it will hurt then that proceeds with bruses most of the time i was tested not to long ago which was 3.0 is there anything other than tylenal can i take for pain help
