My sister-in-law was diagnosed with mitral valve and tricuspid valve prolapse almost 20 years ago. We recently visited with her, and I asked her how she was feeling. During the discussion, she mentioned that she had heard of two different books that were suppose to be helpful in explaining mitral valve prolapse syndrome. I thought one of the books was mentioned several months ago on the Forum. I seem to remember Wise and Karlynn posting to the thread, but I don't think they were the thread starters. I did a search, but couldn't find the thread.
Anyway, if anyone can remember the book titles, please post them. The book names she had were, Taking control: Living with Mitral Valve Prolapse Syndrome and Natural Therapy for Mitral Valve Prolapse
Thanks,
Mary

Mary, Confronting Mitral Valve Prolapse Syndrome by Lyn Frederickson, R.N., is an excellent book to aid in understanding MVPS symptoms and what you can do about them. That would have been the one I mentioned, but I know there are other good books on the subject.
