I agree with Pellicle. Movement is good as long as you don’t lift anything over 5 lbs. for 8 weeks. Also avoid twisting your body so as not to pull on the sternum. Also, don’t lift your arms over your head, same issues with pulling on the sternum. Keep in mind that your bodily has been through a lot of handling. Treat it carefully as it heals.
