Oh, my gosh, that's terrible. Joe never had coronary artery disease. It is a disaster for those who do. Very scary stuff. Wonder why they mentioned Plavix and not Coumadin.

She is on Plavix for life-her cardio would not even approve the new generic of the stuff...maybe this is why? What a disaster...

I made the choice after the last hospital admission for a bleed to discontinue the Plavix and aspirin. Coupled with the coumadin and three previous bleeds how does a person make this choice. At this time our plan is to implant bare metal stents since a bypass will be opening the chest for the 5th time. Neither is a good option.
