A few days too late, but I would've...except, I was standing up in my sister's wedding on Sunday ... she and her fiance (er, now husband) requested the use of 3 of my 5 MCs for the wedding procession! Had a blast at the reception ... and got a gal's phone number .

Its still pouring here, have sent John to go make a boat(joke) as we may need one before this season is over.. got a bad huricane season feel in my bones.
People are still trying to recover from last year.. a friend came just last Sunday and asked John to help with his roof.. its sad ..Pensacola still has a lot of blue tarp roofs, and sooo many have been conned by criminals... our friend's Dad was ripped off for 2800.00, he is seeking the DA as we speak.
Its truly sad...

Its pistachio pudding with pineapples (crushed), chopped walnuts, minature marshmallows, and cool whip all mixed together..a very cool salad in the heat..

I think it has whipped cream, pistachio pudding mix, nuts, marshallows...i've had with pineapple added as well...pretty good and easy [The preceding was not an official recipe...just a response from a not so good memory --- so who knows, I may have missed a main ingredient].

Our memorial day meal was breakfast at home and later a burger at Dairy Queen...and a blizzard!! Not very traditional...we spent the weekend with our visiting daughter and grandchildren...they left Monday morning to go back to Georgia...had a ball.
