Marfan Syndrome

I have been asked to be an expert witness in a murder trial where the deceased had Marfan Syndrome and was taking warfarin.

I haven't decided if I will take the case as of yet.

I'd like to hear from some of you with this syndrome, particularly with regards to any injuries you suffered and treatment at an Emergency Room.

I have Marfan Syndrome and am taking coumadin. What did you need to know?

Mainly I am interested in if you had a head injury and had to go to an Emergency Room.

No head injury. Only had to go ot ER when Aorta dissected.

Well I was appointed an expert witness.

It seems unlikely that a guy 6'8" could get hit on the right front of his head when he was attacked from behind.

I'm going to propose an alternate scenario. I'm on the defense team.
