It's hard to get yourself there, but it does go fairly fast, once things get started. Just try to space out a little, and let go of the reins for a while.
You're probably going in tomorrow for a catheter angiogram. Not the worst procedure there is. The hardest part for me was at the end, when they put pressure on the artery to seal it shut. Turns out I have a lot of extra nerve endings there. The good news is that the bulk of people don't seem to have such a hard time of it, so it was likely just my luck to be "blessed" with extra touchiness there.

Some last-minute thoughts:
Ask them to use tape instead of a lip clip on the vent tube. It'll avoid a two-day fat lip.
You might want to consider asking for Fentanyl, instead of morphine. It's a cousin of morphine, but tends to have fewer side effects (including constipation) than morphine, and may leave you more alert. See how the doc feels about it.
