Back in July my INR ahd been low for a couple of weeks and ended up having what the hospital determined to be a TIA. Have had about a month of good numbers. For the past 3 days I have had a dull aching headache. I do not get very many headaches. I am also very fatigued. I went to the doctor yesterday for something unrelated to my heart or to my coumadin, but my blood pressure was a little low. Which wouldn't concern me, but it is NEVER low. It is usually just right. Anyway, had my PT today and it was high 4.4. Could any of this be related? have taken some night-time tylenol for the headaches. hate to be a hypohondriac, but wondered what some of you might think? Thanks in advance - BECCA

At 4.4, the risk of a bleeding event is very low, so I don't think it would be a brain bleed, but if the headache persists, I would get checked out. IF it's a bleed, the headache should be unbearable.
