Any of you have experience with diflucan and coumadin interacting? The pharmacist was really quick to point out that my INR could go really high. I just took it two days ago and may have to take another, but I'm not due to see the nurse until next Friday.

Well I'm not a lady nor a woman, but they did have me take Diflucan for something or other in the hospital and yes it did affect my INR pronto. Keep close tabs on it while taking the drug.

Thanks, Ross. I'll call and try to get in for a blood check earlier than Friday. It would really make sense for someone who's been on coumadin for seven years to have a machine, wouldn't it? I really need to get my butt in gear on that. BTW, didn't mean to discriminate against the guys I guess that's an equal opportunity infection.
