I ran them thru my PDR and the online site. This is all I came up with.

*****************
1. Carnitor Tablets and Oral Solution (Levocarnitine) , PDR page 3154. The labeling of this product lists no interactions with the other products entered.

2. Coumadin Tablets (Warfarin Sodium) , PDR page 1074. The labeling of this product lists no interactions with the other products entered.

If you or anyone wants a interaction check just let me know I will be glad to look it up.

L-carnitene is an amino acid, a normal part of protein. It would not be expected to have any effect on warfarin.

I see that you are from Istanbul. There is a lot of research done there on mechanical heart valves. I have read many good studies over the years.
