Inquiring minds would like to know how you are doing.
I'm sure that several of us would like to know if the nurse who told you to HOLD your Coumadin REALLY meant for you to hold for 3 days. If so, this should be reported to your Doctors and the nurse should be re-educated in Anti-Coagulation Management!
For your own benefit and peace of mind, I recommend that you chart your INR and Coumadin dosing. It would also be wise for you to educate yourself on Coumadin management just so that you can tell if you are receiving appropriate instruction.
