well gang, it's been a scary weekend! i went into sinus tach friday night, and got scared so i went to the er. they told me to up my toprol xl. had palpitations again saturday night that lasted longer than usual, so went to the er again under doctors orders. man i hate the er! takes 7 hours for them to tell you your ok and stable. i've had palpitations for years now, but suddenly i find myself more aware of them and worry about having too many pvc's in a row. it feels like having a bomb in your chest thats just waiting to go off. i'm supposed to go to the cardio tomorrow, so hopefully they'll give me some peace of mind. until then i just have to hope my surgery gets here soon!

going to the dr is always best since the er will usually give you a dose of something and refer you to your dr anyhow. Sad. Hope you can get his advice tomorrow. Ask about calling him direct next time. He or his outfit should have someone on duty all the time for questions like yours. Blessins.........

I know the feeling! Thats what led me to the er a few weeks ago and it all crumbled from there, angiogram the next week and surgery in a few days. "God will never give you anything you cant handle" Good Luck.
