Hi Gang,

Well guys, once again, travesty has struck the Harrybaby Household....my brother had a heart attack yesterday morning at about 2 am, and I am really upset that he didn't call me to take him to the hospital. He is soooo stubborn that he got in his truck and drove an hour to the nearest VA hospital, who then sent him to White River Junction where he was supposed to stay in the hospital at least 2 more days, but instead, he was sent home. Could you all say a prayer for my brother as he has been there for me in all my ups and downs and didn't deserve this..Thank you all, and hopefully, the year will start to bring better news for all of us here. Harrybaby :( :( :( :D :D :( :(

Harry,

Prayers and good thoughts are coming your way still, only now I'll include your brother. You keep this up I'm going to have to go to a second page on the prayer list just for you   :D :D . Hope your brother gets the proper care he needs. Having dealt with military hospitals (but stayed away from VA) they have a bad habit of saying "take two aspirins and call us in the morning". I can't believe (yes, I can) they sent him home without a few days observation.

Good luck and good thoughts to you and your brother.

May God Bless,

Danny

sending positive energy toward you and your brother...how scary for both of you. Keep us posted.

Harry, (((hugs))))

Harry, (((hugs))))

I am so sorry to hear about your brother. I just know that he will get through this as he sounds like he is one guy that is hard to keep down. Please keep us posted. You have really had a rough year. Let's hope that this is the end of it. Prayers for all. Hugs. Janet

Dude maybe you and I better stay away from each other. I'm afraid if we get together, the travesties that would befall us would be unequal to anything ever experienced by mankind.

I'll do the prayers, but I'm wondering if anyone is listening upstairs.

Ross, Harry - I was just thinking the same thing. Put the two of you in a top hat, shake it and see if either of you falls out!

My prayers are yours, Harry. Try to keep the faith.

My prayers are with you. Heres praying for a quick and complete recovery for your brother. When it rains it pours. Thats always the way at my house anyway.

To you both (Harry and Ross),

You and your families are ever in our prayers. We have faith that prayers are heard and answered, and our faith will serve you as well.

Stay with us. . .

It may lead to the successful discovery of Cold Fusion.

Harry, I'm so very sorry to hear about your brother. You most certainly have my prayers.

Thinking of you

Thinking of you

Harry,

Sorry to hear about your brother. I will be praying for both of you. Hopefully, something good is right around the corner :)
Take care and keep us posted.

Ross,

I will continue to pray for you and your family as well. I am hoping good things are in your near future as well.
Take care and keep us posted, too.

Michelle

I was thinking just the opposite...put us together and watch us work the travesties right outta here. :D :D I have to admit that I do feel the same way you are at the moment, as I don't think I could handle another problem. Things can only start to get better :( :D :D :( :D Harrybaby

Thanks Guys...

Thanks Guys...

This is one that is certainly putting my faith to the test, although I have to say that I do know that it's not the man upstairs who brought this on, so it's easier to keep the faith. I thank you all for keeping him in your thoughts and prayers, and yes Janet, this has been a really rough year, and I am hoping that it starts to get better from here on out. Yes Janet, my brother Stacey is one stubborn person and one tough cookie. (Although I am VERY angry at him for not calling me to drive him to the hospital).

Nancy,
Stacey has to go back for a chemical stress test in a month because they have found that the bottom of his heart is not working like it should (Hello!! I have only been trying to get him to quit smoking for the past how many years?  ) I just hope that the damage is minimal, but if he is anything like me, he is probably getting a stiff heart like me.

Anyway, Thank You all for your continued support...it really means alot and I know it does help me keep the faith. Harrybaby :( :( :D :D :( :(

Harry, sorry about your brother. I can understand your concern. And your anger, which is only normal. I lost a brother at age 39 in 2003 to a heart attack; he died in his sleep. Lost my only other brother at age 40 three months later (he had had two AVR surgeries). Both of them smoked and couldn't lick it. My mother recently quit; but only after we stopped talking about it.

I hope your brother has minimal damage to his heart and I hope that your troubles soon ease up (yours also Ross).

Wise

Harry, so sorry to hear about your brother. Prayers for both of you being sent often. Hang in there.

That is terrible!

That is terrible!

Hi Harry, if you consider the possibility that he might not have made it, I suppose you could say that things could actually have been worse. However,I'm happy he's had another chance, and regarding his stubborness, well, my mum's like that too and nothing, not even a telling off from a loved one, will ever make them change that. Keep us posted and take care!
Débora
