Zazzy

Hi all!
I made it through the dreaded physical. Have got the reports back already from the WBC and CBC. My counts are all within normal range except for my red blood count which continues to be low. Oh well... I'll just continue taking the iron supplement and dodge all magnets! hee hee My cholesterol level is only 132! Guess all my years of avoiding eggs has paid off!!!

Haven't heard results from pap yet or chest x-ray... doc takes Fridays off so guess I will hear Monday. These are the last two tests before I make it through the rest of the year! I believe I will avoid the hospital/clinic the week after Christmas!

I delivered my annual truffles to the staff and docs at the hospital/clinic Wednesday. You know that you have been at a place like that too often when you get paged while there!!! hee hee

While making the deliveries I chanced upon the hospital administrator. I have been meaning to talk to her for quite some time about using a conference room there for my support group that I want to start. She was very supportive and even offered the services of our social worker to help! Now I need to write a proposal to present to the board... but they pretty much will do what she tells them! Plan to get this done after the holidays... it will be my project for the new year!

Hope everyone has a marvelous Christmas that is full of family, friends and love!

Love,
Zazzy

Hi Zazzy,

Glad to hear the good news. It sounds like you are going to very busy in 2002 organizing the support group and writing those proposals to the hospital board. I hope all your other tests comeback favorable.

May you have a Warm and Wonderful Christmas!

Rob

So much good wishes for your support group...I'm miles away and had breast cancer, not leukemia, but if ever I could help in any way...just let me know!

Sending prayers for clean reports next week and for all of '02!

Zazzy - Glad to hear all the positive things going on in your life. However, be careful about getting too close to those hospital docs and staff, they might want to clone you. Have a great Christmas.

That is one thing I DON'T have to worry about Bill! I'm too dang ornery to clone!!! They know that too!!! hee hee
