Hi Everyone....just letting you all know that Thomas had an outpatients appointment on March 25th (his birthday) but they cancelled it 3 days before. So we are still waiting.

I am still the same.

Glad you are checking in. Sorry about the appt. I could say some things, but I think I've said them before, and what could you do anyway. Just have to have LOTS of patience. You're a tough gal, I must say. You just keep hanging in there.

*Deanne, we werent given a new appointment, so I am going to try to contact them today to see what is happening. Iv also made an appintment for Thomas with our GP this afternoon to have his bloods checked because he is soo pale and catches every cold etc. He is constantly sick with some bug or other. I hope Brian is doing ok. Still sending thoughts and prayers your way.

Jacqui,
Make sure they test Thomas for anemia. That is always Brian's problem when he starts looking pale.

Brian is doing fairly well. We still battle the anemia and now we are looking into an autoimmune cause for what has happened to him. This means another round of specialists - rheumatologists in this case. Brian and I are getting along better, so that makes me happy. He has also started riding his dirt bike again so that makes him happy (and me stressed). I think we are slowly adjusting to our new "normal".

I wish you and Thomas were farther along in your path to healing. I really can't imagine how frustrated you must be.

You are in my thoughts.
