Just a Day Late

I hope everyone had a great weekend. I was going to go to an amusement park yesterday to celebrate my two year anniversary, but got rained out. Took my big walk today from the grocery store and was so cool. I took my time and felt great. The walk did make me feel good. So I will make a delayed trip to the amusement park another weekend. Just feeling good and losing weight made me feel good. I am down to 228 from 280. I will just keep doing whatever it is and hope to reach 200 by Christmas. Hope everyone is doing well and will be back soon. It will be a busy week for me. Take care.

Congratulations on your anniversary and your weight loss. I think if the surgery goes well, many of us have had a turn around in many of our life style choices. I have tried to keep up with the exercise and the weight. Also watching the value of the food I eat...is it worth the calories, is it healthful or detrimental.
