hi friends, iam new to this forum. i am with St.Judes Mechanical heart valve. I was 97kgs after my surgery. my doctor suggested i should be around 70 kgs. i am walking 5.5 km,jogging 0.5km. reduced my weight to 73 kgs by taking normal indian chapatis,currys.just want to lead my life with all ur support .....
