It's been a year now.

Well it's been a year now since my AVR surgery and still some problems with energy level and legs swelling to the point of no ankles and kneecaps after a 12 hour shift. Also a big increase in weight. Seeing a new cardio doctor in the new year since my has moved from Canada to the US. I havn't posted on this site for a while because of computer problems.

Hey, Mike - nice to see you, we missed you. I am sorry to hear that you are having these problems. Maybe some of the others have had similar experiences and can comment. I think, when you don't get better, a second opinion or change of doctors is always in order. Please let us know what goes on. Whatever happens to you, we always want to know - and it might help somebody else. Happy Holidays.
