Edwards Patient Day important details, agenda and RSVP are provided in the attached invitation. There is no cost to attend.
For those living outside of Orange County, California, Edwards is pleased to cover the cost of air travel and lodging for qualified patients. Air and hotel travel will be arranged by Edwards; contact info will be provided following confirmed attendance.
