Interesting phone call from my GP's nurse

Hi, all--
I got home this afternoon and received a call from my regular doctor's nurse. All of the nurses loved my late mother, and my mom was especially a favorite of my doc's. She wanted to tell me that she'd had a dream about my mother last night. My mother was talking to me in her dream and telling me, "No matter where you go, I am always with you...I will always be with you." I'd also felt a strange presence last night when I was in the hospital, as if Mom were there keeping watch as she always had through all my procedures and valve surgery when she was alive. I miss her so much this Christmas, even more than I did last year. But she lives on in me. I see it every day when I look in the mirror.

Just thought I'd share...

I'm glad you felt her presence, Deb. My Mom has been gone over 18 years now and I still feel her presence too and I see her in the mirror also!

I know what you mean Deb! I miss my mom all the time too but especially during the holidays! And I also know that are mom's are still with us every minute of every day!

When I had my last surgery & I was home, one night I woke up all of a sudden & I swear I could smell her favorite perfume!

Relish the moments that she comes into your mind my friend!
