Has anybody seen it? It's with Jennifer Connelly and is a understated psychological thriller instead of a horror film. I just saw it today and this one impressed me. This film will end up underrated because there was not one drop of blood in the entire film. It had my attention much more then films that show you buckets of it. If you saw this, what did you make of the ending? Are both mother and daughter locked into a cycle that can't be broken? Will

It's on my list to see but haven't seen it yet. Friday is my movie day but I started a second part-time job today and the training ran longer than anticipated. Maybe some day next week. Good to hear that it is living up to the trailers.

While in Atlanta, we saw War of the Worlds. It was a lot of special effects, noise, very little dialogue. If you saw the first one, it was way better. At least they had a plan in that one. Didn't work, but they did have a plan. This one seemed to be all whatsisname. You know the one.

Tom Cruise Hensy...Tom Cruise...

Tom Cruise Hensy...Tom Cruise...

I had heard that the movie was not all that great, and that it didn't do well at the box office. I do have to admit though, for someone who isn't into sci fi, i did like the original war of the worlds.... :D  Harrybaby

I liked the original. The remake was good from a special effects standpoint - really great. The rest was just a vehicle for Tom Cruise and definitely not a Rolls, more like a low cost sedan.

I wanted to name a brand but didn't want anyone to get defensive about their car. :D  :D

I think we might go see "Charlie and the Chocolate Factory" today. And what do I like to eat at the movies? Popcorn...no. I like chocolate!! So that is the movie for me huh?

It may not be Dark Waters, but may be dark...as well as milk chocolate too.

I'm apparently in a silly mood. Sorry.

I miss spelled the title, it's Dark Water not Dark Waters. Must have been thinking about Roger Waters from Pink Floyd. I do like the first War Of the Worlds better then the remake. Will
