Hi,
I am just wondering if anyone knows if Warfarin can interact with a topical medication, eg Daivonex, which I am using at the moment on my psoriases.
I just started using it last week, put it on every second night - and yesterday my INR was 5.0 which is the first time it's been out of range for quite a while.
I can't think of anything else which I've been doing differently - I had antibiotics on the 19th of this month but that was only one dose prior to a dental cleaning so that should be out of my system by now??
