got inr checked today 3.2 told to take 5mg per day check in 1 week.
took 30 mg last week

Why are they raising your dose when you're in range?

I agree - why are they raising your dose over 16%? Even if your range is 3 - 4 and they want you on the higher side - 16% IMHO is too much to do that.

I'm a little confused, still from your last update new message from lens

they have adjusted my warfarin adding a dose 11am of 7.5 mg and told
me to go to 5mg day normal dose time 5pm 35mg per wk up from 30 weekly
plus the heprin shots going back to hosiptal sunday any respones will
help me

Yep, 3.2 is great .... I test 4.0 last week and I'm not changing a thing.... If I land between 2 and 5 I'm a happy Chimp
