INR Testing in Long Island/NY

Hi

I will be travelling to New York/Long Island for 2 weeks on a business trip. This will be my first trip after surgery. Can any one can recommend a clinic where I can get my INR testing done. I will be staying near central Islip.

There is a list of places in New York, but I'm unsure of how close they will be to where your going to be. Maybe Nicole or some of the other New York people can help you determine whats closest.

Thanks, I looked at the list and found an address in Smith Town, NY which is closer to where I will be.

Be sure to take an order from your doctor to have the report done and a the fax number to which the results should be sent. Then call the clinic ahead of time and make sure that they accept your insurance and whether or not they require appointments.

Thanks AL, I would do that. My travel insurance won't cover this test ( I do not live in US).
