For goodness sake, just when you think its stable again!
So tonight Chloe tested at 2.0 - did it twice to check it as well. Nothing changed in diet etc, although it is the school holidays so she's probably jumping around more than she would when in school. Other than that shes had a bit of a growth spurt recently so I'm considering the possiblity she may need a dosage increase anyway as her INR has been on the lower side of normal for about 3 weeks anyway.
I gave her 4mg of warfarin straight away instead of her normal 3mg and will probably give her 4mg again tomorrow, then 3mg next day then retest.
Does that sound ok to you, should I give a bit extra warfarin or should I be panicking???
Thankyou
