Al I need some help .my lNR is 5.0 had it checked with blood drawn from finger from cardios office my doses of coumadin is 3 milgs mon-fri then 1/12 on weekends I noticed my wriist /around hand also very tender to touch and from past experieces of having brusing ending up in hospital because of high INR wrist now has brusing i know signs of inr level too high first there is cramp like pain then tenderness and swelling then brusing for me i told the dr he called said take 3 mgs each day thats what i take now it should be less i know that myself question is how much each day ?I have noticed my big toe is hurting like my hand is no brusing yet it comes later after soreness subsides please let me know soon im worried chris
