So its been a rollarcoaster...on the site my AVR and PRV was set originally for the 18th but pushed around. I was put on the schedule for monday the 23rd but they took me in on Friday the 20th! Everything went well but definietley an emotional rollarcoaster. Its good to be home. Thanks everyone for the prayers and support! Oh and yeh for future VR patients remember try your best not to sneeze...i forgot that one on the 4th day post-op..ouch!!!ha!

Congratulations Erica and best wishes for a speedy and uneventful recovery! (I know what you mean about the sneezes and coughs. They do hurt. After 6 weeks I could manage OK and gave my huggy bear to my granddaughter.)

That's a great quote by-the-way.

Dan

Great that your home Erica, sorry to hear about the sneeze, boy do I know what that is like.

Jeff.

Welcome home Erica! When you think you will sneeze or cough hold your heart bear (or any stuffed animal) thightly to your chest. I even took mine to work with me. He sat next to my desk.It looked funny having a teddy bear next to me but he kept the strange fellings from happening when I coughed or sneezed.:) Again welcome home!

Welcome home Erica!

Best wishes for a speedy & uneventful recovery!

Ruth

So glad to hear that your home and you sound good. Remember now, eat, breath and walk. And if ever another nasty sneeze comes along give yourself a hug, that works too if you don't have your "Huggy Bear" handy.

Best wishes for an uneventful recovery.
