Hi, all--
My DH posted about my fun adventure with a nasty cold. Seems like cold and flu season has hit early this year!

I'm feeling much better, and I went back to work today. Thanks to all of you who sent me get well wishes along with birthday wishes!

that's good news - don't you just hate colds, coughs and flu ?? We get a round of it every year up here about a week after school starts . . . All the little kids can't wait to share their germs after the summer holidays, then the moms and pops take them out for walks and shopping trips and pass them on to others ..

That reminds me...it's all annual flu shot time again.

Glad you are feeling better Debi. I went to the Dr. for Blood Pressure and Sugar check on Monday and got my flu shot then. Hubby went in for INR check yesterday and got his flu shot.
The county I work for has a whole Pandemanic Flu team. We all had to take drivers training in case any of us have to drive county vehicles if the flu hits and lots of people are out. They started this team over three years ago. I hope its just overkill on their part. I sure don't want it here. It sounds very deadly.
