Well it's been 2 years ago and I was laying on a slab. (Well almost). They came out in the waiting room, told my family "it doesnt look good"....19 days later I was off the breathing machine

Here I am! I still look around while I'm sitting in rush hour traffic, in a boring work meeting, or taking out the trash and am thankful that I am doing those things!!

Anyway just thought I'd check in...had to reset my password since I havent been on this so long...

Dave

Hi Dave-

Nice to see your face again. You're right, it has been a long time, but it's wonderful to hear that your life is back to normal and you're feeling well.

Congratulations on your anniversary.

Dave, Congratulations on your 2 year anniversary. We are so glad youre here to tell your story so that it may help others and encourage them when things look down and bleak. Keep up the good work! (I have a Judes too and love it).
:)

CONGRATULATION Dave on your 2ND ANNIVERSARY! May you have manny more! It is such encourgement for those in the waiting room, to know how us valve veterans are doing! Life does go on, and we've learned not to sweat the small stuff, like rush hour traffic! :)

My how the time flies! Glad to hear your feeling so good! Keep up the good health! Hey, I can't complain about having the Judes, as I have two! I click double time!:D

Congratulations

Congratulations

I'm pretty new to this whole thing, but I think that thinking in "years" is pretty cool.

Hope things keep going so well for you. That slab thing si definitely a bummer.

I've often wondered where you've been. Good to see you back around. Congratulations on the 2 years! Pretty cool how we look at things a little differently now isn't it?

Congratulations, Dave! Good to see you back.

It really is a strange feeling to look around at rush hour traffic -- and be glad to be there to enjoy it all.

Congratulations Dave,
Iv'e been there and I know what a good feeling it is.

Right on Dave! May their be many more birthdays. I agree, you sure do look at things differently. I'm 2 and a half, and going on 3. What I'm hoping for is the day I can say, I'm 25 going on 26! By that time they will want to put my valve in a medical museum, but I don't plan on handing it over anytime soon! :D
