Have a fun and safe summer..So, you do not worry about gas costs. I was talking to service station cashier while hubby pumped gas into our motorhome and he said..he has had so many drive-offs without paying and a lot were senior citizens. Sad. Bonnie

Nah...I don't worry about gas costs...at least not yet...LOL. That might change...ya never know. Hmmm....and it's usually the kids that do the drive-off-without-paying routine...lol.

I'll have to keep the list of local stuff to check out as time comes near -- I've visited a couple of nearby events and they always bring back great memories. Even saw a couple of cars I had seen in shows many years ago. . .

And. . .The Woodward Dream Cruise. . . my daughter and I went up there about 5 years ago on Cruise week-end. What a trip! Did the local scene and spent lots of time at Greenfield Village and the Ford Museum (yeah, I know it doesn't belong to The General, but what the heck -- it IS history.)

Looks like a great summer. . . Oh, to be THAT young again!

As for Woodward, I doubt I'll have time to take in much of the local scene...it pretty much will be a quick up and back trip for me. But, at least I'll be able to say I was there .
