I would tell you all that my son Jon and daughter-in-law Heather are expecting a baby. This baby feels like a gift from God. Those who have dealt with infertility issues may well relate. The due date for this baby is the same due date that was shared last year by another they expected but didn't survive that long. After years of dissappointment and heartaches it is hard to truly believe that this is finally happening for them! We are so thankful. We know God answers prayer but we didn't know that He was going to say yes.


Heather is 11 weeks pregnant and due in April.

Betty, I am so happy for you and your family. How exciting to be expecting a little one. Do you have a Babies 'R Us near you? I have a baby shower to go to next Saturday morning so a friend and I went down to get a gift. I was amazed.......kept on feeling like I couldn't wait to have grandkids. I would be having a blast in that store! Lots of fun!

to you and your children. Yes God does answer prayers and He has given your family one of the greatest gifts of all. God Bless you all and my prayers will be with you. My 2nd granddaughter is due in about 2 weeks. Madison Jean (Maddie) unless she decides to come out a boy. Of course I can't wait. My job is to spoil, spoil, spoil and I love every minute of it.

Dear Betty - such wonderful news. A little story. My nephew and his lovely wife gave birth to a son many yrs ago after several miscarriages. The baby was beautiful and seemed so fine, but passed away in three weeks because of a heart defect. Patricia, the wife, has had diabetes all her life and her mother also lost her first child. This couple went for adoption, got approved and were to get a baby, but she got pregnant first! When their beautiful daughter was due the adoptive son was, too, but her doctor wouldn't let her have him. They later adopted a son. The daughter is about to graduate from high school and their son is nearly a teen. Their lives are blessed by their children as your children's will be, too. God bless
