Identity theft problems?

I haveA big problem right now and I am not sure who I need to talk to .I need and want to have the person prosecuted.Anyone else have this problem before?

Call the local police. They should have a department that handles identity theft, and may even connect you with a state or federal department, depending on the details. We've had a lot of that in Houston. Much of it was perpetrated by the abundant number of Katrina evacuees. They came with little or no identification, so took what they could find. A coworker is still navigating her trail of credit woes that started over 2 years ago.
