I Hate Computers!!!

HELLO ALL AND HAPPY NEW YEAR TO ALL!!!

Well, to make a long story very short......I'M BAAAAAACK!! Seems our computer got a virus some time around Thanksgiving.....just got back on line in time for New Year's!!! After trying and trying, Dell decided it was my hard, sent us a new 20 gigabite whatever which Tyce had to install, and of course there were then problems finding the drivers or whatever.....but WE'RE HERE!!! Lost my entire address book, so we're replacing it little by little.

Of course the first site I went to was VR.com.....have missed you all so much. Rossman, email me so I can send you one back to put you in my address book.

Hope you have all been WELL and when I get a chance I'll catch up on the latest news. We had a wonderful Thanksgiving, Christmas, and can't believe it's already New Year's eve. I wish you all the very healthiest of years!!!

We are all well. Tyce has been off Amiodarone for about 2 weeks---so far, so good--still clicking and ticking normally. Monitor him every week for the next 6 mos. as the cardio says his warfarin level will change with the change in amio.....so far he's been fine...3.7 last check, POST Christmas goodies which he's STILL eating!!

Hope you're feeling MUCH better!!! Hopefully this 'puter is up and running great again, and with the new firewall and new antivirus junk it will prevent that from ever happening again!!!

When I got back on line I had 1143 emails waiting for me....most got deleted!!!

just posted about Ross. Think his computer is down (modem). He was havin trouble w/it yesterday.

Over a thousand emails! You are one popular lady! I had a firewall, but since I have a local server, after studying up on it, found I didn't need it so deleted it, but sure have Norton virus protector and Norton Doctor - they have caught a few bugs and saved me. My sister once went down and it was because she had 48 computer viruses! And what she uses hers for is her business and politice - good thing she has a good computer guy!

When I had a McAfee firewall, I was amazed at how many hit attempts there are out there - and from all over the world. I would check them out as they came in and it boggled my mind that there are so many who want to get into your stuff.
