About as much as I hate the thought of ever becoming a jogger :eek:

Just a fantastic morning (can't believe how they keep coming and here we are into July!). Did 4 miles and the last half mile is a long uphill. I got half way up and stopped --- but realized, I was NOT out of breath. I simply just don't like hills - :D

Sounds like you are doing great! I join you whole heartedly on your thing about hills. Funny thing, it's always my legs that give out...not my heart. I've been playing around on my treadmill. Walked 4.5 miles on it yesterday and upped the incline for 2 or 3 minutes at a time and then went back to normal, then back to a higher incline. Maybe if I am in control of the hill, I can get over my mental block?!!!
Keep it up! It's so much more fun getting/keeping in shape when your heart is cooperating!

Hills are scarry for people who get out of breath easy :( I am walking more for exercise and going up hills a little intimidating. I go slow and don't give in...it's the only way to get stronger and gain confidence doing it! Glad your conquering those hills!!!:D
 
I can make it up a six foot ramp before I have to stop and catch my breath. Oh yeah, I'm Ironman alright. :(
