Hi Gang,
I just wanted to let you all know that the reason I haven't been around lately is that I have lost a very close friend very suddenly and I haven't been doing too well because of the fact that my brother and I couldn't get to him before he passed away...we knew he had cancer, but the weekend after Thanksgiving, the cancer suddenly spread from his back to his brain and he passed away over the weekend, and because he was finally getting into a place to live (he was homeless, we offered to have him stay with one of us, but he refused), he didn't have a phone yet so we couldn't call him. Well, we went to visit him last Wednesday at his hotel room and were told of his passing...We were and still are shocked...anyway, I just wanted to let y'all know, and hopefully, I will be back to my old self soon....Take Care, Harrybaby666 :( :(

Harrybaby, I'm so sorry to hear of this. You are in my thoughts and prayers (as always, but now there's a little extra thrown in). I'm glad you let us know what's going on, though. You know how worried we get around here.

so sorry

so sorry

Harry,

I am so sorry to hear of your loss, this is always a hard thing to be dealth with not to mention if you don't get the chance to say goodbye. Know that God had a reason for taking your friend and that now you have another friend looking down on you from above.

God Bless,

Erica

You need to pull yourself together!

You need to pull yourself together!

Hi Harry, it's so nice to see that you're little by little beginning to come to terms with the loss of your friend. I'm sure that wherever he is just now, he does want to see you pulling yourself together, and even though it might still take quite a while for you to get your life back in order again, please, think of your own health too and how delicate your situation is. I mean, if you're under too much stress, your heart might let you know which wouldn't be good for you at all at this stage. Take care and remember that we're all here for you.

Thanks So Much!!

Thanks Everyone for your thoughts and prayers, it means alot to hear comforting words to help get through this rough time. You all are the best! Thanks Again! Harrybaby :D :D :D

Oh Harry, I'm so sorry. Even when these things are expected it's never easy to deal with when it happens. I'm sure your friend knew how much you cared, even if you weren't able to see him before he passed away.

I'll be keeping you in my thoughts,
Anna

I'm sorry for the loss of your friend....

I'm sorry for the loss of your friend....

Harry. I was wondering why you hadn't been around. I missed ya!!

Thank you so much for posting, even though it is a sad time for you. I hope you will be able to remember the good things and not worry too much about whether or not you could have helped him any more than you did. Your friendship probably meant the world to him.

Take care.

Marguerite

Dear Harry - it is so hard to lose a loved one. I know he appreciated your and your brother's friendship - and as Erica so aptly puts it:

"TO everything there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven. A time to weep, and a time to laugh; a time to mourn, and a time to dance." A time to get, and a time to lose; a time to keep, and a time to cast away."

You will always have the memories.

Hi Hensy, Marge and Anna

Hi Hensy, Marge and Anna

Thank You all for your thoughts and prayers...this sure has been a difficult week/month. It's funny Hensy, that verse from the bible actually is my favorite one and I find it quite comforting to hear it from time to time when I am not feeling too good...Thank you Erica for posting that, and Hensy for reminding me of it. Marge, I have been really busy with getting my new car, which I needed badly (I got a 2005 Jeep Liberty with 4x4 so I don't have to shovel and I can pull right out when the plow comes in) I am also in the process of (YES, I AM DOING IT....AGAIN....I HAD NO CHOICE) changing to a new Primary Doctor and I have gone out of my area and sought out a new Heart Clinic and I have explained to them about the lack of concern and lack of communication between my current primary and cardiologist...What a nightmare!!! Anyway, I just wanted to thank yall for the care and concern. Harrybaby666 :D :D

Harry, I'm so sorry to hear about your loss. I have been missing your posting. You will really like your Jeep Liberty. I just bought a 2005 a couple of months ago. Mine is the Atlantic blue. What color is yours? The only thing I don't like about it is the gas mileage. It only gets about 18 miles a gallon on a road trip and about 15 miles in town. I just turned over 3,000 miles this week and had my first oil change. It is the first brand new car I have ever had so I'm going to take really good care of it.

I sincerely hope you get some good doctor's this time. Maybe they will get to the bottom of all your health issues.

Hugs and prayers are coming your way.

Hi Glenda!!!

Hi Glenda!!!

I am so sorry that I haven't been on lately, but I am really hurting badly about my friend Rodney...it happened so quickly and we didn't get the chance to go to the hospital to say goodbye...the saddest part is that because he had been homeless (my brother and I wanted him to stay with one of us, but he refused) and was just getting on his feet, so he had no phone...and we didn't find out until we went to visit him...The only consolation I have is that he is in a better place without suffering...Now on to happier news...LOL

I got my Jeep Liberty on Thursday, I had three color choices picked out...The first color choice would have been "Beryl Green" as green is my favorite color. The second choice was "Flaming Red" Which is what I got, and my third choice would have been the "Atlantic Blue" which they didn't have....and you are right...I LOVE IT...I LOVE IT....I LOVE IT!!!!! Mine is the "Limited" edition and has a moonroof, and I can't even begin to tell you about all the nice features...but then again, you probably know...I bought it because I can not shovel anymore, and where my landlords are up in age, they plow, and so I need to be able to just get in the vehicle and move it so they can plow.

So, did you get the moonroof? What other options do you have? I have the chrome trim inside and out, I have the power seat on the driver's side and and of course the cd player so I can play my Reba McEntire...LOL Gotta have the tunes...I have also experienced the gas mileage, but I think I wiill be able to manage it ok. The real shock came when I went to get a spare key made....you can only use a certain type of key, and to order it, you have to pay $100.00 for it, so while I have the cash, I figured I would get a spare made. Hope you enjoy yours as much as I am mine!
Have a good one. Harrybaby666 :D :D

Harry............

Harry............

I am so sorry about the loss of your friend Rodney. He was lucky to have such a wonderful, caring friend as you. I know you will miss him terribly. For that, I am truly sorry, but at least he is no longer in pain. Sending hugs and prayers.

P.S. Red is my favorite car color, but apparently, it's the cops' favorite color, too, so watch those speed limits as you try out your new wheels! :D

OH Yeah!!! I will be watching the speed...LOL

OH Yeah!!! I will be watching the speed...LOL

Hi Janet,
How is everyone down there healing? I hope everything is getting better for you all down there...I will tell you that I am really trying hard to remember that he is out of pain, but, as you know, during this grieving time, it's hard, but with the help of all the great people of this website, and the wonderful man upstairs, and Ross's incredibly funny sense of humor, I am sure I will get through this. Please know that I am constantly thinking of you and your friends and praying that we all heal quickly. As for the color red on the car...it's hilarious because they usually boost insurance premiums up because of the red color, but they didn't on mine....Thank God!!! I also have Cruise Control in it so that should help with my lead (size 14) foot..LOL Take Care, Harrybaby666 :D

A special name!

A special name!

Forgot to mention it, Harry. Rodney is a name I shall never forget for it was a guy with the same name who lent me the Queen Fan Club magazines where I got Robert's address from back in 1982. By the way, green is my favourite colour too. Ah, and the latest on Milady's behaviour! Guess what! I put 10 drops of that tranquilizer I told you about on a bit of pizza and gave it to her so that she'd let the girl give her a bath. When I went back to get her, she looked lovely with ribbons on her ears and also around her neck, but still had the mizzle on which the girl told me to get off her since she was just well, not cooperating. LOL!! I thought she'd try to get rid of the ribbons and took a few pics of her as soon as we got home, but to my surprise, she hasn't even tried to and is still wearing them. I'll be posting a photo of her soon. That reminds me: i'm looking forward to seeing the ones you've promised to send! YES, I'm taking you up on it!!!!!LOL!!!!!!!
