Hi, you active people!
I was invited by a great crowd to join their hunting in the Bulgarian mountains. There are some very reputable men: the local gubernator, doctors, businessmen and I am very happy to be with them! But I was wondering is it good for me? I know, that the hunting is not very overloading sport - it is more for the fun, you know :D ... But, if I have to get operated in the near future, will it be a obstacle to continue that activity after AVR? I don't have any other problems and I use to be a tennis player, befor I understood about my BAV. The members of this group are everything else, but not active and sportive kind of people, so I believe it is not so hard! What do you think, guys?

Ivo,

Hunt away! It should be no problem as long as you are not climbing mountains. I used to hunt and the only stress was falling asleep and missing the shot.:D I play golf and walk every day and I can't imagine hunting would be a problem but I guess it all depends on the type of area you might have to hike through!

Enjoy and good luck.

Hunt and ejoy it.
As already stated; let your body tell you what is acceptable and what isn't.
I hunt some pretty good hills in southern Ohio and (other than poor cardiovascular conditioning) it is no problem.

If I didn't have lung disease on top of my heart issues, I'd be packing up old blue and doing as much hunting as I possibly could. Now, I'm stuck hunting paper targets at indoor ranges.:( It's just not the same.
