Hi all,
I was just wondering the safety of taking HGH for heart patients. I have to have my aortic and mitral valves replaced in a few months and wanted to try and get into better shape before surgery. Not that i am in bad shape but thought the better shape i am in the easier my recovery will be. I was interested in taking supplements to help with my excercise and wondered if anyone had any advice, good OR bad. Thanks,
Jed

I am one who loves alternative medicine!!! With this issue however, i do have to say caution and beware.(coumadin or no coumadin). yes it is touted as the youth hormone but as one who has researched this about a year ago and asked some naturopathic doctors, i will tell you what they recommend. If someone has gone through bloodwork and tested real low in this area, use in low doses if you choose. If it has not been proven that one really needs it, DON'T USE IT!! It isn't worth the risk and there are so many other things one can do to take care of themselves and maintain health than hormones like HGH.(Air/water purity, detox, supplements, laughter, walking, breath deep, common sense, etc etc etc).Fill in the blanks.....

I do not recommend it!

Try my plan, walk walk walk sex sex sex! Plus a good diet.

This should keep anyone with a heart condtion in good shape.
