Clever stuff. On a similar theme part of the WWII D Day strategy turned that on it's head. Whole decoy facilities were put on display to confuse the Germans.

I'm convinced that the price of oil is artificially inflated to allow those interested parties to achieve wealth at the expense of killing everyone else in the process. Yeah, I know. Political. Oops.
