how to adjust warfarin dose

My normal dose is 5mg mon to fri and 6mg on the weekends.

I'm out travelling today and only took a 3mg dose box with me.

I was wondering if It would balance out if I took 6mg today and took 4mg tomorrow and continued with 5mg after that as normal.
