Hi Everyone! I'm Home, I'm Home, I'm Home. Does that say it all? I'm feeling pretty good, considering. The doctor was able to "repair" the valve. I came home on Tuesday 6/24. Wow, it sure feels good. Not having much pain, taking care of it with plain tylenol. I do poop out quickly, which I know is expected. So, this will be short since I had 138 e-mail when I logged on earlier! Will post more later. Thank you for all your prayers, hugs, and advice. I passed the site on to several nurses, etc. at the hospital and told them you guys were what helped ease my mind going into this. HUGS to you all.

I'm so happy for you. Just be sure you kick back and let everyone else take care of you. Lay off the salt, weigh yourself every day, and don't be upset if you concentration's not what it should be. This soon after surgery you might not be able to read a book and remember what you've read, but you're probably OK to follow the old Perry Masons on PAX "Murder she wrote" on A&E (but law & order might be stretch just yet).

I'm so glad you're home and comfortable. And I'm really pleased your were able to have the repair.
