Sorry that is has been awhile since I have posted in here. It is that flu and head cold season and I caught a head cold that will not go away. I have taken nasal drops, which raised my INR a little and was off work a couple of times. Otherwise been okay. Hope everyone else is doing okay. Just had to check in. Have a great weekend and week.

welcome back. we missed you. sorry you were sick. a cold is the pits. just can't get rid of them.

Have you tried Zi-Cam? We use it and find it's helpful to ward off a cold or make it's duration shorter. It's nothing you have to swallow. It's like a nose drop but you don't snuffle it up - just put a bit inside each nostril and let it sit there and do it's thing.
