Thank you for the warm welcome~ I am posting my echo results with the hope that someone will be able to interpret the results and help me in establishing a time frame.

EF 40%

Impression: Global left ventricle systolic dysfunction is moderately reduced. EF 40%. The inferoseptal wall is dyskinetic, anterior wall is hypokenetic, the left ventricle appears normal in size and thickness. The left atrium is enlarged. The mitral valve is normal in mobility but mildly thickened leaflets, Moderate mitral regurgitation.
Conclusion: Moderately reduced left ventricle systolic dysfunction with wall motion abnormalities. Mild distolic dysfunction, moderate mitral regurgitation.

I also have heart failure, left bundle branch block, coronary artery disease, 60 % stenosis in right main artery, prior MI in LAD (silent). The regurgitation went from mild to moderate in 6 months. I am a diabetic now also.

I just wonder when they will want to fix the mitral regurgitation, or if I have too much going on for them to try?

I am in rehab and med compliant (all 10 of them). Prior to August I felt like a happy go lucky wife/mother of 3 children had just returned from a Disney trip. (how scary that was now when we look back on it, the plane trip, the walking in the 100 degree heat and how exhausted and short of breath I was) I had NO IDEA these things were happening. I had an emergency echo, stress test and cath. This echo I posted is my 6 month echo. Right now it seems like we have been trying to just stabize things and find the right meds. But I feel like I am ready to take on the repair with the hope of feeling well again.
I am a probation officer with a more then full time job and somedays it all just seems too much.
Can any one help shed some light on my condition?
Thank you all:confused:
