Help please

If nothing but BAVD shows up in an echo..and I'm having syptoms like chest pain, dizzyness, short of breath. How do they find out if something else is wrong and what could it be? Colud the valve be leaking or tearing?

I saw 8 echoes in a really short period of time...if they have a good machine it will show up leaking of the valve and will show approx. how good the leaflets are ,. Depending on the patients size it will also show up the ascending aorta and if it is enlarged. The echo reports myself and our boys have show & tell lots of information. It is my understanding that a good echo will show whether or not further visual-studies like CT's etc are needed yet.
