Is right ventricle systolic dysfunction the same as tricuspid valvular insufficiency?

I think I know the answer but am having a discussion w/ my husband who thinks chamber enlargement and dysfunction are the same as valvular disease.

No, they're not the same thing, although they may be related (the ventricular disfunction could be due to the valve regurgitation).
