Help! Looking for article with surgical info

I was browsing through forums a couple of days ago and ran across an article someone had posted with info on heart surgery, what to expect, etc. It was from some official organization as the background paper had faint designs on it. Now that I want to print it out I don't even remember which forum it was in let alone which thread...

Does pumphead kick in PRIOR to surgery???? I anyone remembers this please let me know. I need to educate my husband!
