Not sure what you are actually asking about. Per Mayo clinic "Heart failure, sometimes known as congestive heart failure, occurs when your heart muscle doesn't pump blood as well as it should." We all need our valves to be replaced on this forum, so we're all dealing with or have dealt with heart failure.
Yes, I have congestive heart failure and always will, like tom said. My diagnosis for this came about 6 years ago when I had my valve replacement. I take nothing extra for it and live each day the best I can, like everyone else.
