Heart Attack or not

I remember someome writing me that it is not importsnt if your Surgeon writes you that you have had a heart attact even if you hads not. Well one of us is stupid why would you accept a ruling of a heart attact when you had nome. Must be getting to stuid hour on the east coast findking all these dumb acriblings
