Has anyone here had their aortic root enlarged?

Hi all.

Has anyone had their aortic root enlarged along with aortic valve replacement?

My surgeon mentioned he may do this to get a bigger valve in next time. It sounds more complex but he assures me the it will be of much more beneficial long term.
